How long does shipping take for new sparkling water makers?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

You can exchange your empty cylinders through our online exchange program. Simply order your refills, and our courier will collect the empties when delivering the new ones, or you can drop them off at a participating retail location.
