At SodaStream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home carbonation experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components like gas cylinders and bottles are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
